Sessions & Fees

Sessions

Our sessions will take place on a weekly basis and on an agreed day and time. I offer face to face, online and phone sessions.

I offer psychotherapy in English and Greek.

Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £55.

First Session

Coming to psychotherapy can be challenging for some people; especially for those that have not been in therapy before. For this reason, I offer a reduced fee for the first session. It will give us the opportunity to see how we might work together and whether I am the person to help you.

Regular Sessions

Once you decide that you want to work with me, we will meet once every week. Our work can be open-ended or time-limited.  This is something we will negotiate in our first session.  Taking time to reflect and talk about your problems will be of key importance in these session.

F.A.Q.

I offer both short term and long term therapy and I am doing open-ended sessions. What suits you is something that we usually discuss and negotiate in our initial appointment. As our stories unfold, we become aware that circumstances that have caused these difficulties vary, and these circumstances are often the determinant factors for therapy length. In the end, you will decide what is best for you.

We meet once every week and discuss your issues. This includes asking questions and follow your story and focusing on what has been happening for you.

Psychotherapy is a confidential process that ensures your privacy. I am a register member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their code of ethics. You can find more about this on their website bacp.co.uk

I have limited availability for concession rates that I offer to students and unemployed. You can email and ask me whether I have available space.

I offer appointments from Monday – Thursday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. This is subject to availability.  You can contact and ask me about my availability.
